We’re a product strategy, design and development consultancy currently exploring new frontiers, like Virtual Reality and Early Childhood Education. We’re growing our team to better serve our clients, and maybe work on some products of our own. We’re looking for someone with killer chops and entrepreneurial hustle.
Are fluent in the ways of Unity, and wanting to help spur the VR revolution. Understand the importance of iterative design in this space and can rapidly prototype like it’s nobody’s business. Understand how to take prototypes into production with scalable code and systems. Are ready to adapt, learn, and change as virtual reality evolves in both technology and design.
Have worked with Vive and Oculus hardware, as well as mobile VR platforms like Cardboard, and have a good working knowledge of the constraints surrounding emerging VR hardware and software SDKs.
Are a flexible developer with strong working knowledge of 3D and UI programming, and a good feel for various technical arts like shaders, rigging, lighting, and rendering. You might also have some working knowledge of ProBuilder, PlayMaker, and SECTR.
As a developer, you’ve been to the Agile rodeo before, and know your way around source control workflows.
Understand the value of in-office team collaboration, while embracing the idea that unnecessary commuting is a creativity killing waste.
Are a User Experience (UX) and design and development services company.
Have a multidisciplinary team helping to deliver great products for over 10 years—if you live in Ontario there’s a pretty good chance you have experienced our work.
Love new and emerging technologies; we immerse ourselves and experiment; we try it in our own products and we bring this experience back to our customers to drive innovation.
Are masters of data driven design and continuous integration – we seek input early and often, we fail fast and we course correct based on real-world feedback.
Believe work life balance begets creativity; our results oriented team enjoys tons of workplace and schedule flexibility.
We can push limits, learn lots, have fun, and build great things:
Work with Unity and C# to develop virtual reality products alongside talented designers;
Build workflow and production pipeline for virtual reality;
Build and implement tools that support iterative design and prototyping;
Deploy innovative products to Vive, Rift, Gear VR, Google Cardboard, HoloLens, PlayStation VR, and anything else that emerges from the land of VR;
Regularly deliver completed stories using Scrum methodology;
Actively participate in Scrum Planning/Stand-up and Retrospectives.
